Accounting, risks, consequences for business – students of the capital's universities received exclusive knowledge
On March 10, the third lesson at the School of International Entrepreneurship for Students of Moscow Universities "Start your business with Moscow" was held at the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
This time, the topic of the lecture was business modeling and planning. Svetlana Startseva, Director of the Business Accounting Department, partner of Sapozhnikov and Partners consulting firm, began with a practical parting message to the students: "From the first moment you started your business (and you should create a business in such a way as to pass it on to your descendants), you should remember accounting, taxes and the image of the company, its reputation. In this case, you will be able to work honestly and efficiently." Then she spoke in detail about business planning - at what stage it should be started; about business modeling – which block to enter. The speaker explained the relationship between accounting and taxes; she spoke about the risks associated with accounting and tax risks for businesses.
The second part of the lesson is practical. It was conducted by Alexey Fedoryaka, Head of the practice of Dispute resolution and sanctions legislation, partner, Patent attorney (trademarks) of the Sapozhnikov and Partners consulting firm. The students had the opportunity to ask the speaker questions.
The project is being implemented by the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the support of the Committee for Public Relations and Youth Policy of Moscow under a Grant from the Mayor of Moscow.
The fourth educational module will be held on Wednesday, March 12.
