The second stage of the Start Your Business with Moscow project has started
The second acceleration stage of the project "Start your Business with Moscow School of International Entrepreneurship for Students of Moscow Universities" has been successfully launched.
At the acceleration sessions, the project participants, under the guidance of experienced mentors, prepare internationally oriented projects, the best of which will be presented to the business community.
35 projects were submitted for participation in the second stage, 24 were selected by the organizers. Now 53 students from 21 Moscow universities representing 23 countries will refine their business ideas, "package" them, and prepare a competent financial justification for their effectiveness under the guidance of six experienced mentors. The finalists will present their projects to the project's Expert Council, which will include entrepreneurs, investors, teachers of economic universities, and experts. The Council will determine the winners of the project.
The mentor of the project, Irina Denisova, director of the Business Accelerator at the State University of Management, senior lecturer, and expert from the BEAC, has already held two meetings with her students. The students and the mentor got to know each other personally. The students received valuable comments from the teacher on the prepared projects, rehearsed public speeches, and received assignments to improve ideas and their presentations for subsequent meetings.

The project "School of International Entrepreneurship for students of Moscow Universities "Start your Business with Moscow" is being implemented by the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the support of the Committee for Public Relations and Youth Policy of the City of Moscow as part of a Grant from the Mayor of Moscow.
In 2025, 246 applications were received. 134 students (62 foreigners, 72 Russians) representing 31 universities and 38 countries were selected to participate in the first educational module.
