The key to success is teamwork.
On March 24, the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted the seventh lesson of the educational module of the School of International Entrepreneurship for students of Moscow universities, "Start your business with Moscow." This time, the main focus was on teamwork, and the topic of the lesson was "Team building, networking, testing ideas."
The speaker of the event was Irina Andreeva, an experienced tracker and winner in the "Tracker of the Year" and "Working with early-stage startups" nominations. Unlike the previous modules, which combined lecture and practical parts, this lesson was almost a complete immersion in business games and practical exercises. The students learned how to be part of a team in practice: they identified the factors that unite people, developed the skills of motivating colleagues, assigned roles and tried to "sell" their ideas.
In addition, the participants in the groups generated ideas for startups and presented them to their peers. Irina Andreeva emphasized the importance of the "Start your Business with Moscow" project, noting: "Participation in the project unites guys from different countries. We understand that strong friendships and relationships are often formed in universities. The opportunity to work together and acquire new knowledge and skills significantly enriches students' interaction and can have a positive impact on their future projects."
The project "Start Your Business with Moscow" School of International Entrepreneurship for Students of Moscow Universities is being implemented by the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the support of the Moscow Committee for Public Relations and Youth Policy as part of a grant from the Mayor of Moscow.
